Youth on Course

The price of a round of golf shouldn’t be a barrier for a young person who wants to play — and that’s where Youth on Course comes in. Active First Tee Golden Isles participants receive a free Youth on Course membership that will allow kids and teens the opportunity to keep an official handicap and play golf for $5 at participating golf courses.

PGA Jr League

First Tee Golden Isles runs PGA Jr League in the Summer for ages 8-18, and ages 8-13 in the fall session. Middle and High School players transition to the Operation 36 program in the fall. Participants are required to register for this program through the PGA Jr League website. For more information regarding PGA Jr League contact us at (912) 268-6012 or [email protected].

Operation 36

We know that learning to play golf can be an overwhelming and frustrating experience if you don’t have a clear plan! That is why First Tee – Golden Isles has partnered with Operation 36. This program provides teens with one of the most effective developmental programs and technology to learn to play golf. Parents and coaches should have a clear golf development model to know exactly where the junior is in their golf skill development and how to play a positive role every step of the way. This program is for middle and high school players only.

NCSA Sports

First Tee Golden Isles partners with NCSA College Recruiting to bring equal access to college coaches for active First Tee participants ages 13+ at a deeply discounted rate. The NCSA recruiting platform (Team Edition) assists teens in finding opportunities in colleges across the country. It is a data-driven approach that will assist in matching players to schools where they will have the best chances of being recruited.
